凹凸模之间的间隙是分离工序的关键参数。间隙过大会导致断面质量差、毛刺大;间隙过小则会加剧模具磨损,影响寿命。

2. 成形工序

成形工序则是在不破坏板材完整性的前提下,使其发生塑性变形,得到所需形状。主要包括:

  • 拉深:将平板坯料变成空心零件,比如饭盒、汽车油箱的制造。这里有个关键参数叫拉深系数,拉深过程需要注意防止起皱和拉穿等缺陷。

  • 弯曲:将板料弯成一定角度或形状,比如钣金件上的各种折边。
