问题1：微型轴承的材料怎么选？

别被"不锈钢/陶瓷轴承"的广告忽悠！我曾接过一个医疗设备客户的急单，要求耐高温消毒的微型轴承。当时选了某厂的不锈钢轴承，结果在121℃高温灭菌后直接卡死——原来他们用的是普通440C不锈钢，根本没做医用级处理。

正确做法：

• 医疗/食品设备：选316L不锈钢+氮化硅陶瓷球（参考南通山口精工的G3级钢球工艺）

• 高速电机：用M50NiL马氏体不锈钢（能承受50,000 RPM以上）

• 普通工业：440C不锈钢足够，但要认准真空脱脂处理（防止润滑脂残留）

问题2：精度等级到底多重要？

表弟的无人机项目踩过这个坑——为了省钱选了P0级轴承，结果电机震得摄像头画面全糊。微型轴承的ABEC等级每差一级，振动值能差3倍！

轴承内径(mm) × 转速(rpm) ÷ 1000 = 最低精度等级（例：3mm轴承用在30,000rpm电机 → 至少要ABEC-5）

• 消费电子：ABEC-3足够（但噪音要＜20dB）

问题3：定制服务真的靠谱吗？
