  • 材料选择不对路:​ 不同的密封件材料,性格脾气差很远。比如,普通的NBR(丁腈橡胶)​ 对矿物油友好,但遇到高温或者某些化学品可能就顶不住;而FKM(氟橡胶)​ 呢,耐高温和耐化学品能力就强很多,但价格也更贵。你要是把不适合在高温环境下工作的密封件,用在了挖掘机的液压系统里,它肯定容易提前老化、变硬甚至开裂。

  • 安装不当造成损伤:​ 这个我得特别提醒新手朋友!在安装密封件的时候,要是手法粗暴,或者用的工具不对,很容易在密封唇上留下肉眼不太容易看清的细小伤口。这些伤口在高压环境下会快速发展成导致泄漏的裂缝。所以,安装过程一定要细心,最好用专门的安装工具。
