液压接头的安装真的是个技术活，我见过不少人把NPT和BSP的螺纹硬拧在一起，结果就是把螺纹都拧坏了。这两种螺纹的牙型角不一样，NPT是60度，BSP是55度，虽然看起来差不多，但实际上根本不能互换。安装前最好先确认清楚螺纹类型，不然真的会出大问题。

说到材料选择，液压接头主要有碳钢、不锈钢、黄铜这几种。碳钢的最常用，价格也相对便宜，表面处理有镀锌的，可以防锈。不锈钢的耐腐蚀性好，但价格贵一些。黄铜的耐腐蚀也不错，但强度相对低点，不太适合高压场合。

• 不锈钢接头：食品行业、腐蚀性环境，耐腐蚀性能好

• 黄铜接头：水压系统、低压应用，耐腐蚀但强度较低

我们在安装液压接头的时候经常犯的错误就是过度拧紧，觉得拧得越紧密封效果越好。其实不然，过度拧紧反而会损坏螺纹或者密封面，导致漏油。正确的做法是按照厂家推荐的扭矩值来拧紧，如果是锥螺纹的，一般拧到接触面紧密贴合就可以了。

要是经常需要拆卸的液压系统，可以考虑用组合垫圈或者O型圈密封的接头，这种密封效果更可靠，而且可以多次拆卸不影响密封性能。不过这种接头的价格会高一些，所以得根据实际需要来选择。

对了，选择液压接头的时候还得考虑工作压力和温度范围。普通碳钢接头一般能承受高压，但温度范围可能有限制。有些特殊的液压系统工作温度可能从零下40度到零上200度，这种就得选专门的高温接头了。
