选型这事儿可不能拍脑袋定，有几个关键点得特别注意：

• 搞清楚要传多大的功率：这是最基础的，你得知道你这个小链轮要带动多大的负载。

• 看看动力源和设备是啥特性：是平稳启动的电机，还是动不动就“哐当”一下有冲击的设备？这个直接关系到后面要乘的一个“应用系数”f1。比如，要是电机带动一个离心泵（都比较平稳），f1可能就取1.0；但如果是个单缸柴油机去带一个混凝土搅拌机（冲击都大），那f1可能就得去到2.1甚至更高了。

• 计算修正功率：用需要传递的功率乘上刚才说的应用系数f1，再乘上一个考虑小链轮齿数的系数f2（齿数少，系数就大点），得到个“修正功率”Pc。拿着这个Pc和小链轮的转速，去查链条制造厂给的额定功率表，才能选出合适的链条规格和链轮。

• 中心距和链长也不能马虎：两个链轮之间的中心距离，最好是链条节距的30到50倍。太近了链条绕得太急，磨损快；太远了链条又容易抖。链长也要算准，最好是偶数节，这样可以避免使用特殊的弯板链节，强度更有保障。

安装和维护，做对了能省不少心

装得好、保养到位，这小链轮能用好久。但有些朋友在安装的时候不太注意，结果问题不断，该怎么办呢？

• 对准很重要：装的时候，一定要保证两个链轮的轴是平行的，而且在同一个平面上。要是对不齐，链条和链轮就会发生偏磨，一边磨损特别厉害，还会产生奇怪的噪音。

• 张紧力要合适：链条不能太紧也不能太松。太紧了，轴承受力大，链条磨损快，还费油；太松了，链条容易跳齿或者振动。一般来说，让链条在正常松边有个适当的垂度，比如中心距的2%到4%，就比较合适。对于垂直或者接近垂直的传动，张紧要更严格些。

• 润滑是生命线：这可是个大头，很多链条提前退休就是因为没油了。链条那个销轴和套筒之间是需要润滑来减少磨损的。一定要用合适的润滑油，黏度要够，太黏的油或者黄油效果都不好。要定期检查，如果看到销轴和套筒接缝处有红褐色的锈迹，那很可能就是润滑不足或者进了水了。

常见问题怎么解决？

设备用着用着难免出点小毛病，这里列举几个常见的：

• 链条变长了：这是正常的磨损伸长，但要是突然长得特别快，就得看看是不是负载太大了，或者轴承松了，或者干脆就是当初设计的时候没选对型号。一般链条伸长量超过3%了，就该考虑换新的了，不然就该跳齿了。

• 噪音大、振动大：可能是链条磨损太厉害了，或者链轮没对准，也有可能是链轮固定螺丝松了，甚至是有个齿断了。得停机好好检查一下。

• 链轮齿磨尖了：如果看到链轮的齿尖磨得跟鹰嘴钩似的，说明链条已经磨损得很严重了，导致链条节距变大，啮合位置都跑到齿尖上去了。这时候最好链条和链轮一块换掉，光换一样解决不了根本问题。
