而且，海上平|台一旦建成，维护成本极高。一次紧固件更换可能需要专门的维修团队和昂贵设备，因此海上紧固件设计寿命通常需要与平|台同步，达到25年以上。

海上紧固件的关键技术指标

那么，一款合格的海上紧固件需要具备哪些特性呢？

材料选择是基础。海上紧固件通常采用高强度不锈钢、合金钢或有色金属复合材料。以A4-70不锈钢为例，它能提供“优异的腐蚀抵抗能力，适用于苛刻的水下环境”。而更高级的SA193 B7M合金钢（添加钼和铬）则能通过深冷处理提升晶粒度，抗疲劳寿命较普通B7钢提高50%。
