Traceability: Every batch of material and every step of the process, from the raw metal billet to the finished fastener, is meticulously documented. You can trace a bolt back to its original metal lot .
100% Inspection: It's not just sampling. Critical features are measured on every fastener. Then, they undergo advanced non-destructive testing like eddy current or liquid penetrant inspection to detect microscopic surface cracks that could lead to fatigue failure .
Precise Installation: Even the best fastener will fail if installed incorrectly. That's why there are strict protocols for torque control, often using cross-pattern tightening and multi-stage processes to ensure even clamping force.
