卓越的机械性能:开放式模锻能细化金属的铸态组织,使晶粒沿变形方向流动,从而形成连续的纤维流线。这意味着做出来的零件在强度、韧性和抗疲劳性能方面都比铸件要好很多。对于承受高应力的关键部件来说,这点简直太重要了!
灵活性强:由于模具不完全封闭,所以同一套模具能用来生产多种不同形状的工件。这对于小批量生产或者定制化产品来说,可以省下不少模具成本。

选开放式模锻:当工件太大封闭式模具做不了,或者数量太少开封闭模不划算,或者交货期太短来不及做精密模具时
选封闭式模锻:当需要大批量生产复杂形状的零件,且要求尺寸精度高、表面质量好时
简单来说,就是“大、少、急”找开放式,“多、精、复”找封闭式。不过现实中,很多工件都是先用开放式模锻做粗成型,再用封闭式模锻做精成型,两种工艺经常是互补关系。
