对于户外电子设备,外壳需要更多特殊考量。比如防水设计,通常在结构上采用密封圈槽、超声波焊接等方式实现。模具设计阶段就要考虑这些,后期改造很困难。

紫外线抵抗性也是户外设备必须考虑的,合适的材料配方和添加UV稳定剂能显著延长外壳寿命。
