高速CNC车削真的能既快又精确吗?

它比老办法好在哪里?

光说可能不直观,咱们列几点看看:

  • 生产时间大幅减少:材料去除率快了,加工周期自然就短了,这对大批量生产来说省下的可是真金白银。

  • 表面质量更好了:高转速下,切削更平稳,能有效减少像颤振纹那样的表面瑕疵,很多时候都能省去二次精加工的步骤了。

  • 刀具寿命说不定还能延长:听起来反直觉是吧?但因为切削力小了,热量也能被切屑快速带走,刀具磨损反而慢了。

  • 干出来的活儿更准了:切削力小了,工件和刀具的变形也小,能更好地保持尺寸精度,对付那些薄壁件、精细工件特别拿手。
