什么是Oil Seals?

简单说,Oil Seals就是用来封油的机械元件,主要功能是把传动部件中需要润滑的部件与出力部件隔开,不让润滑油漏出来。它们结构虽然简单,就由密封唇、金属骨架和箍紧弹簧三部分组成,但想想看,发动机、变速器、液压系统……几乎所有有机油的设备都离不开它。

  • 氟橡胶(FPM):耐高温、耐化学品,-25~300℃都能用

  • 硅橡胶(VMQ):耐温范围广,-60~230℃

  • 聚四氟乙烯(PTFE):化学稳定性极好,摩擦系数低

要是高温环境,HNBR(氢化丁腈橡胶)确实不错,耐温能达到160℃,而且耐油耐化学性都挺好。


️ 安装使用要注意什么?

安装Oil Seals真是个技术活,我有次没注意就吃了亏:

轴表面处理很重要:粗糙度最好在Ra=0.2~0.8μm范围内,太光滑或太粗糙都影响密封效果。轴的硬度也不能忽视,建议至少RC30,安装易划伤的话最好RC45以上。

安装技巧:记得在轴和油封唇口涂润滑脂或油膜,防止安装时损伤唇口。还有啊,安装垂直度偏差控制在0.25mm以内比较保险。
