• 丁腈橡胶(NBR)：性价比高，耐油性好，适用-40~120℃

• 氟橡胶(FPM)：耐高温、耐化学品，-25~300℃都能用

• 硅橡胶(VMQ)：耐温范围广，-60~230℃

• 聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)：化学稳定性极好，摩擦系数低

要是高温环境，HNBR（氢化丁腈橡胶）确实不错，耐温能达到160℃，而且耐油耐化学性都挺好。

️ 安装使用要注意什么？

安装Oil Seals真是个技术活，我有次没注意就吃了亏：

轴表面处理很重要：粗糙度最好在Ra=0.2~0.8μm范围内，太光滑或太粗糙都影响密封效果。轴的硬度也不能忽视，建议至少RC30，安装易划伤的话最好RC45以上。

安装技巧：记得在轴和油封唇口涂润滑脂或油膜，防止安装时损伤唇口。还有啊，安装垂直度偏差控制在0.25mm以内比较保险。
