Heat Treated Forgings 101_ What You Need to Know Before Starting_

作为机械加工厂的新手工程师,我曾经花大价钱买的锻件因为热处理不当直接报废。直到今天,我终于搞懂了这些关键参数——其实只要掌握3个核心要素,普通人也能避开90%的坑!
一、热处理到底在搞什么鬼?
简单来说:就是给锻件洗个"材料桑拿"!通过精准控制温度和时间,改变金属内部结构。就像煮鸡蛋——水煮蛋(退火)软嫩,煎蛋(淬火)酥脆,茶叶蛋(回火)既有嚼劲又不会太硬。
三大核心目标:
1️⃣ 消除锻造应力(防止变形开裂)
2️⃣ 调整硬度(平衡耐磨性和韧性)
