现在常用的轴套材料挺多的，比如 POM（聚甲醛）​ 这种工程塑料，还有那种自润滑的DU型轴套，里面带PTFE（聚四氟乙烯）涂层的。POM的耐磨性和自润滑性不错，成本也相对低一些，但对高温和某些化学品的耐受性可能就弱一点。DU型的呢，更适合重载或者润滑不方便的地方，但价格肯定要高一些。所以，选哪种不是拍脑袋定的，得看你的机器具体用在哪个部位，负载、速度、环境都是关键因素。

▍日常维护，到底要做哪些事？

很多人都是等到机器发出怪声或者出问题了才去检查，这时候往往已经晚了。定期检查真的不能省。

• 听声音和摸振动：有经验的师傅能从机器声音里听出不对劲。如果轴套位置开始有轻微的“咔哒”声或者摩擦的异响，或者用手摸感觉振动比平时大，就该警惕了。

• 看润滑情况：不是所有轴套都需要频繁加油。比如自润滑轴套，设计之初就是为了减少加油次数。但对于需要润滑的轴套，一定要用对润滑油/脂，并且清洁度非常重要！在加油前，最好把注油口周围清理干净，别让纤维粉尘跟着油一起进去，那反而成了研磨剂，加剧磨损。

• 定期检查磨损间隙：可以用塞尺等简单工具，按照设备手册的要求，定期检查轴套的配合间隙。如果间隙超过了允许的极限，就别犹豫，赶紧换吧。

一点个人看法：​ 我觉得很多厂子容易忽略的一点是，没有建立清晰的设备维护记录。哪台机器的哪个轴套什么时候换的，平时检查情况怎么样，如果有个简单的小本子或者电子表格记下来，下次做预防性维护和备件采购的时候，心里就特别有底，能避免不少突发故障。

▍轴套坏了，更换时要注意什么？

等到非换不可的时候，操作手法很重要，否则新轴套可能很快又坏了。

1. 拆旧轴套要温柔：尽量用合适的拉马或者专用工具，别硬敲硬砸！不然很容易损伤安装孔的表面，新轴套装上去配合不好，寿命肯定打折。如果旧轴套锈住了，可以喷点渗透液，耐心等一会儿再操作。

2. 安装新轴套要对中：这是最关键的！轴套和轴的中心线一定要对正。装的时候可以先用轴或一个心棒稍微引导一下，慢慢压进去。有条件的话，用百分表打一下同轴度。

3. 初始润滑别忘记：即使是自润滑轴套，安装时在轴表面薄薄涂一层推荐的润滑油，也能帮助它平稳度过初始磨合期。

• 改善局部环境：如果条件允许，试着给设备的关键部位加个简单的防尘罩。减少纤维粉尘和飞花侵入，对延长轴套、轴承这些运动部件的寿命绝对有帮助。

总之，对待纺织机械的轴套，咱们不能抱着“坏了就换”的心态。多一点预防性维护，多一点对细节的关注，就能省下不少麻烦和成本。
