• 仔细检查：不仅仅是看离合器片磨没了没。要检查飞轮表面是否有烧蚀、裂纹或严重磨损，检查分离轴承转动是否顺滑无异响，检查变速箱一轴（输入轴）的花键是否有磨损或毛刺。这里要是偷懒，新件装上去也白搭。

• 工具准备：除了常规套筒，一个专用的离合器对中工具（也叫导向轴）​ 几乎是必须的。它能让摩擦片在安装时完美地对准飞轮中心，保证变速箱一轴能轻松滑入。很多人用旧的输入轴或者甚至想凭感觉，结果就是装不上，干着急。

真正的陷阱：组装过程

好了，零件干干净净，工具也齐了，现在可以动手装了。陷阱往往就在这里一个个出现。

陷阱一：润滑哪里？润滑多少？

这是个细节魔鬼。分离轴承的套筒需要润滑，变速箱一轴的花键也可以薄薄涂一层专用润滑脂（注意，必须是极少量，且不能污染摩擦面）。但是！离合器摩擦片的表面和压盘的摩擦面，必须绝对干燥、洁净，不能有一丁点油脂。我曾经见过有朋友为了“更顺滑”而在片上抹了点黄油，结果就是离合器严重打滑，车根本跑不动。

陷阱二：螺栓的紧固顺序和扭矩

压盘是靠一圈螺栓固定在飞轮上的。紧固这些螺栓可不能随便。必须按照对角、交叉的顺序，分2-3次逐渐上紧到规定的扭矩。如果一圈挨着一圈紧，或者一次用力猛拧，会导致压盘变形，造成离合器结合不平，开车时就会感觉到讨厌的抖动。扭矩扳手在这里不是炫技，是必需品。

陷阱三：忽略“液压”或“拉线”系统

很多人把所有精力都放在变速箱那一坨上，装回去后发现离合器踏板脚感不对，或者行程无法调整。别忘了，在组装发动机和变速箱合体之前或之后，要同步处理好离合器分泵、总泵或者拉线。如果是液压系统，可能需要排气；拉线则需要调整自由行程。这部分没做好，前面功夫再好，离合器也分离不彻底（挂挡困难）或结合不完全（打滑）。

2. 温柔的暴力：变速箱很重，对准安装需要耐心和一点巧劲。确保发动机支撑稳妥，使用变速箱千斤顶，慢慢地移动、找正。感觉到花键卡住了，不要用螺栓硬拉，稍微转动一下离合器盘（如果有空间）或变速箱输出轴，帮助它们啮合。

3. 别忘了小东西：检查并更换分离轴承的卡簧、防尘套这些不起眼的小件。它们花不了几个钱，但能防止未来大问题。
