• 压射速度：控制在5m/s以上可以确保稳定生产薄壁压铸件，但过高会导致卷气

• 真空压铸：这是减少气孔的有效方法，但需要合理控制真空启动时间

• 温度控制：模具温度和熔体温度需要精确控制，太低会导致充型不足，太高则容易产生粘模

在薄壁压铸中，浇注系统设计尤为关键。内浇口位置和尺寸需要精心计算，以确保金属液平稳充填。我发现模拟软件在这里很有价值，可以在实际生产前预测可能的问题。
